It is said the picture is of the Edo PDP top shot, Chief Dan who took a lady (prostiture) to an hotel and refused to pay the agreed amount. She was said to have taken this picture and sent to her friends! Going by the gist reaching me, Chief Dan denied being the one in the picture.
Truly there is no medicine to cure hatred.
